What is the condition of this transformer: New, Used, etc.?

I have a payne heater model# pg9mabo36080acsa, s/n 45o9a01781 and I need a transformer

322666-701 is the one for PG9MAB036080ACSA and here is the link of this part:

I would like to verify that HT680054 is the correct transformer for my Carrier furnace 58SSC075-JC. What is the country of origin and manufacturer for this transformer? And, I would like to understand what is the difference between HT680054 and HT680056. Thank you.

The original number was a HT01BC116. I don’t see why you could not use the HT680056 as well. They are made in China now.
