Heil Quaker ICP 1084197 Timer Board

part line voltage is listed as 85-135 VAC. The unit is a 3-phase rooftop with no neutral line so the existing board was fed 240 VAC. The original board was ST9120C5005. Can I replace it with this part? Maybe the original board had been replaced with the wrong part and thats why it failed?
