My Williams P108100A motor 7163-7132 has a 5/16"dia shaft. What do you suggest?

7810 is the direct replacement for P108100A.

What RPM is the Williams 7810 motor? I need a replacement for my p108100a

7810 is the correct replacment to P108100A according to Williams. Williams does not state the RPM on this motor. We checked the label on the motor and there is no RPM info there as well. Looks like Williams doesn't want people to know so they cannot cross it to aftermarket ones.
