How long will it take to receive my order?

Most in-stock orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time ship the same business day. Economy and Standard Shipping typically delivers within 3–5 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

How do I get my tracking number and order updates?

You'll receive automatic email notifications at every stage — order confirmation, shipment with tracking number, and delivery confirmation. You can also log into your account at any time to check your order status.

Can I return my order?

Yes, in most cases. Returns are subject to manufacturer policies, condition requirements, and restocking fees. Please review our full Shipping & Return Policy before initiating a return.

What is the return procedure?

Start by completing the Return Authorization Form. Once submitted, we'll email you an RA number and detailed instructions. Items returned without a valid RA number will be refused.

The shipping cost seems high. Can you do better?

Possibly — especially on large or heavy orders. Contact us before or after placing your order and we'll review whether a better shipping option is available.

Where are you located? Can I pick up my order?

We're based in Hacienda Heights, California. However, most items ship factory-direct to the customer, and local pickup is not currently available.

I can't find the part I need. Can you help?

Yes. Contact us with as much detail as possible — part number, model number, or serial number — and we'll locate it and add it to the site, sometimes within minutes.

Do you ship internationally?

Are the parts you sell genuine OEM?

We specialize in genuine OEM replacement parts sourced directly from manufacturers and authorized distributors. Where an aftermarket or universal replacement is listed, it will be clearly indicated in the product description. When in doubt, the manufacturer part number in the listing is the reliable reference.

How do I know if a part is compatible with my equipment?

Always cross-reference the manufacturer part number against your unit's model and serial number. Your equipment's data plate or service manual is the authoritative source. If you're unsure, contact us with your model and serial number and we'll help confirm compatibility before you order.

My part arrived but it doesn't match what I ordered. What do I do?

Contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item received. Fulfillment errors are rare but we'll resolve them promptly — typically with a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Do you offer volume or contractor pricing?

Contact us directly if you're placing a large or setting up recurring orders. We work with commercial contractors and facilities teams regularly and can discuss pricing on a case-by-case basis.
