Safety and Liability
Certain items require professional knowledge and technical skills for proper handling and installation. Consequently, all HVACR equipment must be serviced or installed exclusively by certified professionals. GSIstore assumes no responsibility for damage or injury resulting from the mishandling of professional-grade products. In all events, liability is strictly limited to the purchase price paid.
Order Processing and Accuracy
Product pricing and availability are subject to change without notice; GSIstore will notify the buyer within one business day regarding any such changes. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a refund for any reason. Please note that orders are not considered canceled until you have received formal email notification from us. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled. Please place all orders based on manufacturer part numbers, as product images are provided for general reference only and may differ from the actual item received.
Shipping and Delivery
Most in-stock items are shipped within one business day, though please be aware that orders may be drop-shipped directly from various distributors. Some non-stock items are shipped directly from the factory; if these items incur higher shipping charges, we will notify the customer within one business day for approval. Please note that UPS and USPS do not deliver on weekends or holidays. While some orders may be eligible for further UPS discounts or USPS shipping, please email us if you believe the quoted UPS shipping cost is excessive, and we will verify if alternative options are available for your order. Orders may be shipped by another carrier with the same service speed.
Shipping Insurance and Damage Claims
Economy shipping takes 2–7 business days on average and may not include a tracking number or insurance protection against loss or damage. Orders shipped via UPS include basic carrier-provided insurance, which may not cover the full value of the merchandise; customers wishing to purchase additional insurance should contact us prior to placing their order. Please be aware that carriers may require a signature upon delivery. GSIstore is not responsible for claims associated with a package once it has been transferred to the shipping company; however, we will provide necessary documentation and assistance to help you file a claim against the carrier. All shipping damage claims must be filed via email within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Return and Exchange Policy
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

A valid Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained; items returned without an RA number will be refused and returned to the sender.

The item must be unused, uninstalled, in its original packaging, and in "as-new," resellable condition.

The item must be shipped by the buyer via FedEx or UPS, with the RA number clearly marked on the exterior of the box.

The item must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Unless an item is found to be manufacturer-defective, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns, and some manufacturers may impose higher fees. Please note that return claims may require a contractor's license or additional documentation, as each manufacturer maintains unique policies that both our company and our customers must follow. Failure to adhere to these policies may result in the denial of a claim. The manufacturer holds the final decision regarding claim approval, a process that may take 30 days or longer. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges, and no returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.
Warranty and Defective Items
All defective or warranty claims must be shipped directly to the manufacturer or factory for inspection and investigation. This process may take approximately 8 weeks, and refunds or credits will only be issued following a successful inspection. Please note that credit will not be issued for either inbound or outbound freight charges.
