Williams P322055 Vent Safety Switch

I have an older Williams Gravity Vented Wall Furnace, 35000 BTU, and need a new vent safety switch. The furnace has Serial # JO 976271 and Model No. 3509622. I think I need part P322055 but I'm not sure. Can you tell me which vent safety switch I need to order? Also, do I need to get the wire assembly and bracket? If so, which ones?
