QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Ask a Question-
There’s no shut off valve before my valve. Is this valve fail close and a manual valve not needed?
We don't see any data on that. Please see link below for the tech sheet or contact Maxitrol Tech Support for more info.

I have a Maxitrol RV47L for my natural gas Weber grill that I’ve had for many years. I am converting the grill to use propane at our new house and need to know what replacement regulator I need. Or is there a way to convert the current regulator for propane use?
They no longer let you swap the springs on those regs anymore. You would have to replace the whole regulator with a RV47L-1/2-412. This would have a 4-12”WC range. Typically 11” is what would be used on propane.
